Plans
Pay for the size of your event
A twenty-stall farmers market and a six-hundred-stand expo are the same three minutes of work, so the only thing that changes here is the number. Every plan includes the layout editor, the public plan page, printing, and names against every space — what changes is how big an event gets and what you can do with it once it is live.

Break It First
Freewhile we test
Everything switched on, free, while we find what breaks. By invitation.
- Unlimited spaces per plan
- Unlimited plans at once
- Every feature except inviting teammates
- No card, and nothing expires mid-test
There is no button for this one. We send a private link to each company we invite, and opening it unlocks the sign-up. Nothing on this page will do it.
The paid plans are not open yet. They are listed so you can see where the ceilings fall and what each one will cost. Nor is Free, yet. Booth Manager Pro is in pre-launch and every account is by invitation while we refine it — ask us for one, and nothing you build is lost when the rest opens.

Multi-site festivals, a season of markets, county shows. Your own domain and branding, single sign-on, a data feed into what you already run, and a contract procurement will sign.
Pay for the year and save 17%
Events are annual, so a year is the unit you already think in. Pay up front and every plan drops by 17% — and your layouts, stall numbering and last year's traders are all still there when the next one comes round.
- Market — $190 a year, which is $15.83 a month
- Venue — $490 a year, which is $40.83 a month
- Expo — $1,490 a year, which is $124.17 a month
Questions worth answering before you pay
What counts as a space?
Anything you allocate to somebody: a , a , a , a table, a seat, a standing . Roads, stages, exits and areas are not spaces and never count against a limit.
What happens between events?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is archived. Your layouts, stall numbering and last year's traders stay exactly as you left them, ready to duplicate for the next one. An annual plan is the cheapest way to hold that.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your plans stay visible to you and to everyone holding a link. Editing stops until it is sorted. An organiser whose card expires the week of their show should not have the plan vanish from under their traders.
Can visitors use it without an account?
Yes. Anyone with the link can read the plan, tap a space to see who has it, mark the ones they want and print the result. They never sign up and we store nothing about them.
